Bailey dreams of one day being a beauty queen herself. Born 15 weeks premature, Bailey has been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, chronic lung disease, chronic asthma and congestive heart failure. The queens presented Bailey with her very own crown, crown necklace, gifts and lots of love, hopes and dreams.
