If the Public Service Commission apprioves, it will means millions of dollars in charges to solar customers for Dominion's profits.
The PSC plans a virtual public hearing for Dominion Energy SC’s proposed Solar Choice rate (Docket No. 2020-229-E).
Consumers will be able to express their comments at this virtual public night hearing.
The virtual public hearing will be held March 23, 2021,9 am - 1 pm and 4 - 7 pm.
How to Testify
To testify or comment to PSC commissioners at the virtual public hearing, consumers must submit information to the PSC before Monday, March 22, 2021 by 4:45 pm.
Consumers will need to provide the PCS with their:

Who Should Testify
Dominion customers who:
1. Now have residential or commercial rooftop solar panels and participate in the net metering program.
2. Are interested in buying solar panels for their house or commercial building.
3. Simply support solar energy to reduce carbon emissions.
