Thursday — May 19

Red White & Blues Wine Walk
The Greater Irmo Chamber of Commerce and Irmo Town Park (7330 Carlisle St.) host the 2022 Red, White & Blues Wine Walk, an evening of wine, food and live music. Tickets are $35 each and include a commemorative wine glass, wine tastings and appetizers. There will be live music from Rhythm 54. Friends of the Lexington County Museum Gala
The Friends of the Lexington County Museum invite you to the Lexington Municipal Center (111 Maiden Ln.) to help celebrate the medical history of Lexington County at the Friends of the Lexington County Museum Gala. Guests will be able to learn about hospitals and infirmaries in Lexington County’s past as well as dance to the music of Going Commando. The gala will include a silent auction. “Charlie & the Chocolate Factory” (play)
Village Square Theatre (105 Caughman Rd.) continues its production of “Charlie & the Chocolate Factory” through May 22, with performances Friday, Saturday and Sunday. “In this play based on the book by Roald Dahl and dramatized by Richard R. George,” the theater’s website offers, “Augustus Gloop, Violet Beauregarde, Veruca Salt, Grandpa George, Grandma Georgina, Willy Wonka, and Charlie himself come to life.” For tickets and showtimes go to villagesquaretheatre.com.

Blues Deluxe (Concert)

The Best Of Everything: A Tribute To Tom Petty (concert)
Members of veteran bands Tokyo Joe and The Root Doctors pay homage to one of America’s best songwriters and rock ‘n’ roll performers at the Icehouse Amphitheater (107 W. Main St.).
