Lake Murray is our state’s 4th largest overall lake market, with home listings at more than $217 million.

That’s a finding in the quarterly Lake Market Report from Dezirae Burnett at LakeHomes.com.

The report explores the Top 10 markets in South Carolina, and across the U.S., including Lake Murray.

Other findings include:

• Since spring 2017 the state’s overall lake real estate market has increased 15% to $1.48 billion.

• The state’s individual home and land markets saw increases over spring 2017 as well by about 15%.

• Lake Murray’s housing market is valued at about $149.2 million, up 17% from the last quarter, and up 3% over spring 2017.

• Lake Murray homes for sale have fallen by about 7% over spring 2017, down from 722 to 672 homes.
