Last weekend the Lexington County Peach Pageants and the Peach Dessert contest were held in Gilbert. We are excited to share with you the 2019 winners of these Peach Pageants, and the winners of the Peach Dessert contest.

The 2019 Junior and Miss Division winners are Miss Lexington County Peach Festival Queen Brooklynn Hope Sims, daughter of Patrick and Angela Sims of West Columbia; Miss Teen Peach Mary Cassidy Sutton, daughter of David and Jessica Watts and James Sutton of Lexington; Miss Young Peach Reagan Elizabeth Hendrix, daughter of Scott and Amberlee Roper of Lexington; Miss Petite Peach Arianna Allison Markatine, daughter of Amanda Markatine and Adrian Whiteside of Leesville; Miss Wee Peach Nevaeh Rae Hallman, daughter of Patrick and Amanda Hallman of Gilbert; and Miss Little Peach Kennedy Olivia Fair, daughter of Russ and Kimberly Fair of Lexington.

Girl’s Baby Division pageant winners ages 13 months to 24 months are Miss Peach Lilly Ryan Applewhite, daughter of Zach and Alicia Applewhite of West Columbia; 1st Runner-up Evelyn Rose Shull, daughter of Danielle Shull of West Columbia; 2nd Runner-up, Kyndall Rayne Johnson, daughter of Jeremy and Amanda Johnson of Leesville; and Miss Photogenic Pandora Lily Craps, daughter of Bryce and Alexandria Craps of Lexington.

Girl’s Baby Division winners ages birth to 12 months are Miss Peach and Photogenic winner Abigail Marie Spires, daughter of Matthew and Alicia Spires of Lexington; 1st Runner-up Elliana Leighanne Wright, daughter of Jonathan and Jenna Wright of Lexington; and 2nd Runner-up Journee Hopson, daughter of Jumall Hopson and Jennifer Courtney Gantt of West Columbia.

Girl’s Baby Division winners ages 25 months to 35 months are: Miss Peach and Photogenic Winner, Chloe Carlene Drafts, daughter of Jeromy and Brittney Drafts of Lees-ville; 1st Runner-up, Addison Grace Greene, daughter of Tyler and Morgan Greene of Gilbert.

Girl’s Baby Division winners ages 3 years to 4 years are Miss Peach Nealy Dean Staples, daughter of O’Neal and Jennifer Staples of Lexington; 1st Runner-up Bradley Margaret Lovell, daughter of Shane and Katherine Lovell of Pelion; 2nd Runner-up and Photogenic winner Alexandra Skye McLeod, daughter of Travis and Kimberly McLeod of Lexington.

Boy’s Baby Division winners ages birth to 24 months are Master Peach and Photogenic winner, Tucker Auckerman, son of Joe and Jessica Auckerman of Leesville; 1st runner-up Alex Lovell, son of Shane and Katherine Lovell of Pelion. Boy’s Baby Division winners ages 25 months to 4 years are: Master Peach Keighson Jewlz Coffman, son of Elizabeth Coffman of Leesville, 1st Runner-up and Photogenic winner Julian Edward Shull, son of Danielle Shull of West Columbia.

The Peach Dessert contest has divisions for both adults and students. The winners are: Adult Peach Cobbler: Denise Birt, first place for Crunch Crust Peach Cobbler; Sammy Howard, second place for Easy Peach Cobbler; and honorable mention Susan Bernath for Suz’s Sassy Southern Peach Cobbler. In the Adult Other Peach Dessert, Denise Birt, first place with Salty-Sweet Peaches and Cream, Mindy Smith, second place for Peach Cake, and honorable mention Holly Sue Bruner for Peachy Keen No Bake Cheesecake.

In the Student Other Peach Dessert, Rece Howard won first place for Easy Peach Delight. Congratulations to all winners.
