6 DOGS RESCUED FROM FLAMES

LCFS units responded to the 500 block of Gardners Terrace Rd just after 1 pm Friday for a working mobile home fire. Firefighters discovered 6 dogs inside including 2 puppies and rescued them. The dogs were given oxygen and water for their recovery. The home was deemed a total loss and 5 human resident were displaced, but not injured. The Red Cross is assisting the displaced residents and dogs.
