A Culinary Celebration in Retirement Dining

At Wellmore of Lexington, breakfast, lunch and dinner are more than just a meal, they’re a culinary celebration.

The dining department at Wellmore is comprised of upscale chefs who constantly strive to advance culinary delights, procure the freshest ingredients, and deliver unique menu items that all Members will enjoy.

As a leader in the Senior Living industry, Wellmore strives to make each dining experience unique. Their team is continually exploring new recipes, experimenting with new cuisines and developing new techniques both in the kitchen and on the plate. “Here, we try to keep the menu fresh by injecting a variety of new flavors and attractive choices while also welcoming and integrating those staple comfort foods” said Julio Cera-Visbal.

“It’s our Member’s home – we want to make them feel comfortable and provide food that they’ve enjoyed, not just what we think they’ll like” said Executive Director, Glenn Ferrere. “Our team works with our Members and reviews feedback to provide an excellent dining experience. It’s not just a meal, it’s a main component of our lifestyle, and we’re proud to offer variety and quality within our daily menus.”

Daily specials and seemingly endless menu options are freshly crafted by the chefs each day. Beverages and carefully selected wine, beer and spirits from their fully stocked clubhouse complement the meals to create refreshing culinary celebration.

The menu changes daily at Well-more, and it’s ever evolving to create not just a meal, but an experience. In addition to country club dining, there’s the opportunity to enjoy a casual meals on-the-go which keeps the experience fresh and balanced.

“Our Members don’t have to eat here, we want them to,” says Director of Dining, Eric Axelsson
