MALEVO, an all-male group and a Cultural Ambassador to the National Identity of Argentina, will be at the Harbison Theatre on Oct. 13 at 3:30 p.m. The group will be elevating Malambo customs with urban percussion and dance. This group have been seen on America’s Got Talent, Cirque de Soleil and with Ricky Martin.
MALEVO gives audience members an astonishing visual and sensory theatrical experience, testing strength and ability as well as fusing elements of flamenco, tango and Irish stepdance.
“This show is going to be one of the biggest dance performances that we’ve presented here at Harbison Theatre,” Kristin Cobb, the executive director, said in a press release. “Our stage is known as a special place for seeing contemporary, large dance companies, but this one, with the dancers combines with the musicians is not to be missed! The whole staff here is excited about this experienced from the technical aspects to the execution of this exhilarating show.”
