Cayce BILO to become a Food Lion
A grocery store change and deli are coming to Cayce
Colliers International has sent a letter to tenants of Parkland Plaza on Knox-Abbott Drive in Cayce advising them that the owners of Parkland Plaza are not selling it and it will continue as a viable shopping center. The letter dispels the rumor that “Parkland Plaza is being sold for development of student housing.”
The letter also states that the BILO grocery store at Parkland Plaza will become a Food Lion. Also, an East Bay Deli will locate in the former Gamecock Traditions space. The East Bay Deli will have outdoor seating and is scheduled top open in early 2021.
The letter is signed by Colliers’ Parkland Plaza property manager, but that name is redacted.
