Community outreach grants

On behalf of Lexington Medical Center, the Foundation will provide $1,100,000 in Community Outreach Grants for FY 2021.

These funds are distributed to 501(C)3 non-profits that address community healthcare needs, adhere to the core mission of the hospital, bridge the healthcare gaps within our service area, and reflect projects that are deemed to be in the best interest of the hospital.

Funded organizations are:

• Burn Foundation of America

• Mental Illness Recovery Center (MIRCI)

• Dickerson Children’s Advocacy Center

• Midlands Housing Alliance – Transitions

• Eau Claire Cooperative Center

• Mission Lexington

• Free Medical Clinic

• Nancy K. Perry Children’s Shelter

• Good Samaritan Clinic

• Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands

• Harvest Hope Food Bank

• Sistercare, Inc.

• Homeless No More

• United Way – Vision & Dental Clinics

• LRADAC Foundation – Healing Families

• Welvista

• MedNeed of SC
