Hey Lexington, get ready! This recipe, believe it or not, came from Glennville, GA. If you’ve ever seen my hometown’s water tower, you’ll recognize that Glenville is the largest producer of the Vidalia onion in the world. But this recipe doesn’t call for any onions.

This recipe is not difficult. If you love dates, which I do, this recipe is fun to take to parties or just to have around the house as a snack. A sweet, sweet snack. Mmmm, oh there it goes again—the abstinence of sweets.
