If you like old cars, the Chapin Baptist Church at 950 Old Lexington Hwy is the place to go on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 10–3 pm. It is a free event. If you want your car in the competition, you might win. Call Wade Bozeman at 803-513-9899 or wadebozeman@ymail.com

Old car enthusiasts get together at Car and Coffee every 2nd Saturday each month at the parking lot of AMC Classic Harbison 14, at 122 Afton Court in Columbia. They next meet Nov. 14, 7:30– 10:30 am.

THE TOWN of Irmo now has 47 new radios for its officers thanks to a Justice Assistance Grant. This is good news for the incredible officers who serve in Irmo.
