A new dining establishment is opening its doors to the public in January 2025.
Previously home to Alodia’s Italian Restaurant at 101 W. Main St. in Lexington, the new steakhouse, managed by Steve Cook, Joe Walker and Ryan Jones, will include a spacious main dining room, a private dining room and a year-round outdoor seating area.
Cook currently owns Saulda’s, II Bucato Pizza and Arroyo Tacos & Tequila in Columbia. Walker is the multi-location owner of Marco’s Pizza, Molto Vino and Scooter’s Coffee and is a U.S. Army combat veteran. Jones previously served as the general manager of Hall’s Chophouse in Columbia, according to the press release.
The menu will offer a variety of steaks, fresh seafood, pasta and more.
“Our vision is to create a modern take on the classic steakhouse — upscale yet approachable,” Cook stated in the press release. “We want to create a space where customers feel good as soon as they walk through the door. Every detail, from the carefully curated menu to the thoughtfully designed interior, is intended to make each visit unforgettable.”
Renovations are currently underway, with more updates expected in the coming months.
“We’ve crafted a restaurant concept that’s truly one-of-a-kind, and we’re beyond excited to bring it to Lexington,” Walker said. “By restoring this beautiful building and showcasing its unique design, we’re creating a dining experience that’s both welcoming and elevated. We can’t wait to be part of Lexington’s thriving downtown, and we’re proud to offer a place where people can come together to celebrate life’s milestones and make lasting memories.”
