Foundation funds $634,900 in We Care Internal Grants

The LMC Foundation Grants Committee approved 32 internal grant requests for FY 2021. Newly funded projects include:
Breath Easy – This grant will help provide home nebulizer machines to medically needy uninsured patients in rural health setting.
Cancer Transitions – This grant supports a program to help cancer survivors’ transition from active treatment to post-treatment care.
FY 2021 Recommended Funding:
• Cardiac Care: $48,516
• Cancer Care: $69,250
• Mother/Baby: $109,256
• Patient Care: $407,878
