HUMMINGBIRD CAKE

3 cups self-rising flour 2 cups sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs, beaten 1½ cups vegetable oil 2 cups mashed bananas (5 or 6) 8 oz. can crushed pineapple 1 tsp. vanilla
Heat oven to 350º. Mix dry ingredients together by hand. Add oil and beaten eggs. Stir just until moistened, then stir in mashed bananas, pineapple and vanilla.
Pour into three 8” or 9” round cake pans. Bake at 350º for 25 or 30 minutes.
