Shotokan Karate Centers of Lexington is hosting online martial arts classes.

Over 100 Lexington families attend classes at Shotokan.

Owner Drew Taylor has donated over $2,500 to local schools by partnering with their PTAs during the 2019-2020 school year.

Now Shotokan is working with the local community to keep kids and families active while at home.

In March, they developed a safe and live Virtual Training Academy to continue serving their members in the absence of physical classes.

Students can train from the comfort and safety of their own homes.

They are currently offering a 14-day free trial for all new members.

Contact them at www.LexingtonsBESTSummerCamp.com or call or text 803-359-3632 to sign up.

Send photos of how you and your family are staying busy while quarantining at home. Email them and a brief description of who and what is pictured to Chronicle News Editor Rose Cisneros at rose.lexchron@gmail.com .
