First Community Bank graduates 2021 Leadership Institute class

First Community Bank has graduated its 2021 Leadership Institute class.
The 18-month program was conducted at the Columbia International University School of Business.
The Lexington-based bank's program combines academic and experiential learning.
The graduates are Tony Brookshire, Michael Cromer, Sarah Donley, Christina Frick, Allen Hancock Jr., Karen McCauley, Pat Rowser, Jeff Sherman and Trey Werner.
The Institute, led by Dr. Keith Shah, helps ensure the long-term sustainability of the bank by developing future generations of leaders.
First Community CEO Mike Crapps said, “Our bank is truly blessed to have this talented group of individuals.”
