The City of West Columbia has brought back the Meeting Street Artisan Market. The market will take place every Thursday evening in June, July and August from 4 to 8 p.m. except during the week of July 4.
This will take place at the Interactive Art Park located at 425 Meeting St. The press release says the location is just steps away from local favorites like Savage Craft Ale Works and D’s Wings.
The weekly market is a spot for residents and visitors to meet, grab a bite and shop from local vendors.
At the market, visitors can find handmade art, jewelry, pottery and textiles; fresh-baked goods and locally sourced snacks; an opportunity to support and connect with small businesses; and a family-friendly environment.
Food and beverages available include offerings from Savage Craft Ale Works, WECO Bottle & Biergarten, The Hideout in WeCo, Breakfast at Ruiz, Terra, D’s Wings, Black Rooster, State Street Pub, Always Original Bakery, Crave Artisan Market and Signature Catering & Market.
Here’s where you can park for free: Interactive Art Park and adjacent dirt lot located at 425 Meeting St.; Capitol Square/Old Pelican’s location located at 420 Meeting St.; Brookland Public parking garage located at 310 Court Ave., 100 spaces available after 6 p.m.; Brookland Parking Deck located at 106 Oliver St., only available 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Carrway Park located at 212 Hudson St.
