New cooking event coming to Lexington County

The group Vegan Outreach is launching a Vegan Cooking Challenge that will take place in September.
Local chefs, including Yalla Y’all, The Manchester Hotel feat Granddam, Lost Palm, Grounded All Day Cafe, Infinity Rooftop, Good Foods Co-op and Mazunte Bodega, will be challenged to create new vegan menu options for diners.
Diners can then go around Lexington trying these new options with the hope that these restaurants will then add the vegan options permanently.
