Palmetto Place fundraiser April 19

Benefit for pregnant and abused children and teens

Posted

The annual Sweet & Savory Fund raising event returns after being cancelled last year.

The funds raised go to programs and services for pregnant teens and foster care for teens in transition.

Since 1977, Palmetto Place has been a refuge for children and teens experiencing crises like homelessness, abuse or neglect.

The April 19 event will be at 701 Whaley and supporters can attend in person or participate virtually.

Ten local chefs will be competing for top honors by preparing their signature dishes. Supporters will be able to sample some delicious cuisine from the chefs. There will also be an open bar and music provided by Finesse Band.

Tickets are available now for both in-person and virtual participation. To sign up or get more information visit www.palmettoplace.org/events .
