Rain changed plans, but couldn't drown out the fun at the 11th edition of the Tartan Day South Highland Games & Celtic Festival. The festivities at the Historic Columbia Speedway in Cayce included competitions such as caber toss and stone put, demonstrations including historical reinactment and birds of prey, and music (although some of the bands had their performances altered by the weather). All of it was part of the increasingly popular celebration of Scottish culture that spreads various events across four days in Columbia, West Columbia, Lexington and Cayce.
