Friday — March 31

Lower Saluda Craft Beer Fest
Saluda Shoals Park (5605 Bush River Rd. in Columbia), in partnership with KW Beverage, hosts the Lower Saluda Craft Beer Fest. There will be more than 25 unique craft beers, live music, food trucks and more. The Beer Fest runs from 6 to 9 p.m., and tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the event. Killer Beez (concert)

Dragline Silk (concert)

Gentri: The Gentleman Trio (concert)
The Harbison Theatre at Midlands Technical College (7300 College Street in Irmo) hosts Gentri: “Gentri features three tenacious tenors: Brad Robins, Casey Elliot, and Bradley Quinn Lever, along with award-winning composer, arranger and producer Stephen Nelson. Three of their full-length albums have reached No. 1 on various Billboard charts. Wiki

Under the Sun
Columbia cover band Under The Sun plays at the Icehouse Amphitheater (107 W. Main St.) for the first spring entry in the Town of Lexington’s free Lexington Live concert series. Flashlight Egg Hunt
Grab the kids, a flashlight and a basket and head over to Melvin Park (370 A Eptings Camp Rd. in Chapin) for an after-dark Flashlight Egg Hunt. There will be more than 10,000 eggs to find. Paul Thorn (Concert)

Columbia International Festival
The State Fairgrounds (1200 Rosewood Dr.) hosts the Columbia International Festival April 1-2: “The Columbia International Festival showcases the music, culture, food and performing arts of the various cultures, nationalities, races and language groups represented in South Carolina. The event brings all of the area’s international communities together to build better community/race relations between various ethnic/cultural/language groups and with the South Carolina community at large.” The festival is free to attend. First Sunday
Visit the SC State Museum (301 Gervais St.) on April 2 and take advantage of the First Sunday program. Admission on the first Sunday of every month is $1, and that includes four floors of South Carolina art, cultural history, natural history and science/technology, including the Boeing Observatory and the Robert B. Arial Collection of Historical Astronomy located on the fourth floor. For an additional $5, guests can enjoy a planetarium show or a 4D theater movie. Dinner & Dialogue
Head over to the Columbia Museum of Art (1515 Main St.) for a special Dinner & Dialogue session on April 2. This Ramadan-centered event will feature panelists Imam Omar Shaheed of Masjid (Mosque) As-Salaam, Islamic school educator Afroz Habib, and Akif Aydin of Atlantic Institute SC engage in dialogue with CMA Curator of Education Glenna Barlow about the significance of the holy month for Muslims across the world and the principles that it embodies. The Kid Laroi (concert)
Australian singer and rapper The Kid Laroi hits Colonial Life Arena (801 Lincoln St.) on April 2 as part of the Bleed For You tour. Expect to hear hits like “Without You,” “Stay” and many more.
