The Town of Chapin’s Labor Day Festival begins today and runs until Monday, Sept. 2. Chapin has all sorts of events in store, including the kickoff of Restaurant Week, a 5K fun run, a Latin night dedicated to food, dance and music, an all-day country music fest on Sunday, and a massive Labor Day parade to close things out on Monday.
