February is coming soon! The Greater Community Foundation’s annual Groundhog Valentine Ball will be held a the Chapin Town Hall February 1 at 6:30. The 2nd annual Irmo Chili Cook-off is also February 1, noon to 4 pm at 7507 Eastview Drive.

Chapin Fathers, take your daughter on a proper, fancy, candlelight dinner date at Crooked Creek Park’s Daddy-Daughter Date Night February 6 at 6 pm. If you live in Ir-mo, this event will be at Seven Oaks Park February 13. Call Crooked Creek, 345-6181, or Seven Oaks, 772-3336, for tickets.
