A female sex trafficker has been sentenced to more than 15 years in federal prison.

India “Lady Tank” Tykeyah-Najee Cuyler, 26, had been arrested by Lexington Police undercover agents.

She and co-conspirator Donnell “Tank” Salethian Woodard, 33, had been sex trafficking teen girls for almost 4 years in the Lexington area.

Woodard was sentenced to 25 years.

Acting US Attorney Rhett DeHart said “Lady Tank” pleaded guilty to enticing a minor under age 18 to engage in sexual activity.

District Court Judge Michelle Childs ordered the pair to pay restitution to minor victims, register as sex offenders and be on supervision for 15 years after leaving prison.

Said Susan Ferensic, FBI Special Agent in Charge, “These hideous crimes are frequently uncovered by local law enforcement.

“We thank the Lexington Police and West Columbia Police for their vigilance.

“We ask that if anyone sees any indication that a child is being trafficked, they report such to their local law enforcement agency or the FBI.”

The sex traffickers were arrested after Lexington Police undercover officers found a 16-year-old runaway advertising sex on a website.

An undercover officer set up a time to meet at a local motel where officers saw the minor dropped off by Cuyler and Woodard.

Officers arrested them when they returned to pick up the minor.

The investigation led to another nearby motel where a 2nd minor was found.

Woodard and Cuyler were using a cell phone to post photos and ads for sex with the minors on a website.

The minors had up to 10 meetings a day at various hotel rooms Woodard rented.

Cuyler received more prison time for obstruction of justice for 2017 jail phone calls in which she tried to have minor victims assaulted in jail in retaliation for cooperating with police.

After Cuyler assaulted another inmate, she lost a bid for reduced time for pleading guilty.
