Old Timey Day was a step back in time to 1795. It honored those who wanted to support missionaries and the missionary lifestyle. Participants celebrated the history and development of the Womens’ Mission Union at Still Waters Baptist Church in Leesville Saturday. Missionary Brenda West gave a presentation over tea. The event was inspired by “Her Way: The Remarkable Story of Hephzibah Jenkins Townsend” by Rosalie Hall Hunt.
