A new housing development, Monroe Preserve, has opened in the Town of Chapin, featuring 52 new homes and more to come.
Ten additional move-in homes are expected to be completed by the end of the year, according to the press release, and the final product should have 80 homes total.
Homes in Monroe Preserve offer one-and two-story floor plans, starting in the mid-$300,000s.
According to the release, the homes include options ranging from three to six bedrooms and up to four baths. Floor plans range from 1,702 square feet to more than 2,956 square feet, each including two-car garages.
“With its proximity to Lake Murray, Monroe Preserve is perfect for those who enjoy both outdoor recreation and a quick commute to the capital, making it a great balance for work and leisure,” Anna Taylor, Pulte Homes director of sales, said in the release. “Whether it’s watersports, hiking, or taking in a spectacular sunset, this new community is an ideal place to call home, with Columbia under 30 minutes away.”
The four-bedroom, three-bath Hampton model features a spacious gathering room, cook’s kitchen with an island, a loft, media room, laundry room, task room and more.
Monroe Preserve is located at 102 Monroe Preserve Land in Chapin and is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., as well as on Wednesday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
