The American Legion Post 7 hosted their Boys State and Girls State sponsored students last weekend.
Each group had 3 speakers that told of some of their experiences and their appreciation to Post 7 for the opportunity to meet new lifetime friends and learn about government practices and leadership.
Along with Post 7 members and student family members attending were special guests Jim Jarvis, American Legion, District 1 Commander; Paula Calhoon, SC House of Representatives; and Donnie Meyers.
