The Animal Mission has thrown down the gauntlet to further their Trap-Neuter-Return program for feral cats. The Midlands TNR Challenge pits Richland County vs. Lexington County. The winning county will be announced in September at The Animal Mission’s annual Palmetto Peanut Boil fundraiser. The winner will receive $1,000 for TNR from The Animal Mission.
