It was a storm-shortened 2019 edition of the Aun and McKay Kickoff Classic this past Saturday at Cecil Woolbright Field. The event was halted after 2 games and late in the 1st quarter of the 3rd contest in which Gray Collegiate led Mid-Carolina 7-3. Bad weather stopped the game and forced the cancellation of the finale between host team Chapin and Westwood. The Eagles will meet Mid-Carolina on Aug. 30.
