The Democratic Socialism that some presidential candidates propose will lock up opponents and use tax law to steal from us. Democratic Socialists use power to steal from political opponents and then redistribute the stolen money to their supporters. In the US, this is done through tax policy to protect their wealthy supporters. Most wealthy individuals who live in Democratic Socialist countries are happy to keep the Socialists in power because their political contacts help keep them wealthy. All forms of Socialism have a lot in common. They will kill or demonize ethnic or religious groups who oppose their control. Socialists will make you dependent on them for health care, electricity, retirement, raising and educating your children and may even require you to get a license to do business or earn income in a profession. All forms of socialism will deny you the human right of defending your family, community, or property.
