If you have noticed lately that you are having a hard time focusing, I’ve got a remedy for you.
All you will need is an oil diffuser or a roller bottle to apply the oils directly to your skin.
Be aware of any allergies before using essential oils.
You will need peppermint, lavender, lemon, grapefruit, rosemary, and ylang ylang.
Try these oil blends to help with: waking up in the morning - 2 drops of peppermint, 1 drop lavender, 1 drop lemon; breathing deeply - 2 drops lemon, 2 drops rosemary; invigorate - 3 drops peppermint, 1 drop grapefruit; energizer - 2 drops grapefruit, 1 drop peppermint, 1 drop lemon; concentration - 2 drops lemon, 1 drop ylang ylang; alertness-2 drops rosemary, 2 drops ylang, ylang; balance - 1 drop ylang ylang, 2 drops lavender; exhilaration - 2 drops peppermint, 1 drop lavendar; stimulation - 2 drops lemon, 1 drop peppermint, 1 drop rosemary.
