This is a recipe that does not use Vidalia onions from my hometown of Glennville, Ga. But it is tried-and-true. Just remember that you cannot substitute anything else for the Velveeta cheese. The taste would not be the same.
This recipe has been around for years and years, yet some of the younger folks do not know it. So I decided so share so you can try it and see if you like it.
