This year’s graduation is different for our seniors in the Gilbert High Class of 2020 due to the corona virus. We pray you all will be safe and your futures will be blessed.

GHS graduation will be held Thursday, May 28. Recently GHS teachers recorded a video just for the graduates. Each of the GHS teachers gave a special message of encouragement and how special the class of 2020 has meant to them.

Donna Neel tells us the Gilbert-Summit Senior Center will open in July. Director Neel said volunteers are needed to deliver Meals on Wheels. For information call 803-892-5745. No date has been set for the Gilbert-Summit Branch Library to reopen. Librarian Louise Taylor tells us they have curbside pick-up for DVD’s, books and magazines you can checkout online.
