Cruise-In for injured Lexington deputy

Posted

Early Saturday morning, June 8, Deputy Roy Hall was seriously injured in the line of duty.

Hall was struck by a driver who was driving in the opposite direction and crossed the center line. He had to be cut from his car and rushed to the hospital.

Hall and his family have been battling his injuries ever since. He and his wife Brittany have 4 children ages 6, 7, and 8-year-old-twins.

To help support the Hall family, SC Camaro Club, Law Riders and Blue Iron are sponsoring a Cruise-In Fundraiser.

Saturday, Aug. 24 from 6-9 pm, raffle tickets will be sold to win a 2-night stay at Crowne Plaza Greenville Hotel and $50 Ruth’s Chris Steak House gift card. Entertainment, vendors and food will also be available.

Entry is $5 at 212 South Lake Drive in Lexington.

All proceeds will go to Deputy Hall and his family.
