The City of West Columbia’s annual Fall Back Fest took place on Nov. 5, bringing a big crowd to the closed-down 100 block of State Street. There were live sidewalk painters and opportunities for kids to live-paint as well. Beer and wine was available from spots like New Brookland Tavern, Savage Craft Ale Works and WECO Bottle & Biergarten. The Going Commando Band and, later in the night, Tokyo Joe performed on the stage near the corner of Meeting Street. (JORDAN LAWRENCE | CHRONICLE)
