Free self-defense training

Could you defend yourself if you were attacked? The Lexington Police Department will hold free Rape Aggression Defense training classes. The RAD classes will be Feb. 11, 12 and 13 at the Lexington Police Department from 6-9 pm each night. Students will learn self-defense skills to use in the event of a violent encounter. Teenagers age 14 and above can attend with parental consent. Attendees are asked to dress comfortably for all 3 training sessions. Space is limited, so please register early. To register contact PFC.
