Grieving over a loved one who has passed is not easy. Grieving can leave you feeling hopeless, confused, and more. If you are experiencing grief over a loved one, you are invited to participate in GriefShare which is a weekly program to help you connect with others in similar situations.

GriefShare has 3 key parts in its weekly program: An encouraging video seminar with grief recovery experts, a support group with a discussion about the weekly video, and a workbook with study exercises that reinforce the weekly topics. GriefShare will be held weekly at Beulah United Methodist Church Sundays, January 12 to April 19, from 4 to 6 pm. The church invites the community to attend these free classes. For information, call the office at 892-2842.

Gilbert artist Candace Thibeault invites the community to attend two art shows in January, at The Old Mill Brew Pub and Nicky’s Pizzeria on Main Street in Lexington. Thibeault will showcase her art work at Nicky’s Pizzeria through January. Her art is vibrant, contemporary and abstract. A reception will be held January 25, 5-7 pm. The second show will feature photography by local artist Skip Willits at the Old Mill Brew Pub. Thibeault invites you to come and meet her at the reception. For information about the shows, visit her website at www.candacethibeault.com .

Prior to Christmas

Everyone was treated to a dinner and fellowship. Holly W.I.R.E. is our community group to join with Mid-Carolina. All W.I.R.E. groups are involved in community projects.
