Lexington County Grants Division accepting applicants for tenant-based rental assistance program

Lexington County offers residents financial help through their tenant-based rental assistance program (TBRA). This includes help with rent, security and utility deposits.

Applicants must meet HUD's income limits, be a citizen of the United States, live in Lexington County or be seeking residency there and have a household income that does not exceed 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

To submit the pre-screening application, email it to tbra@lexingtoncounty.sc.gov. You can also fax it to 803-785-8188 or mail/drop it off to the community development/grants division located at 212 South Lake Dr. Suite 401 in Lexington.
