Posted

Jason Vincent Carnavale, 41, of Lexington County, has been charged with exposure of private parts in a lewd and lascivious manner, and disseminating harmful material to a minor.

According to a release from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department requested SLED investigate. Carnavale was charged on March 31.

Arrest warrants say that on March 20, 2026, Carnavale exposed himself in the presence of a 16 year old, and that this was captured on video. It’s alleged that he can be heard saying “don’t tell anyone” in the video.

Warrants state the victim said Carnavale “told the victim he would pay the victim extra because the victim received a show.” Warrants also state that according to the victim, Carnavale had once said the victim “had too much on him” and that the victim was not allowed to use the video or “he would find something on the victim.”
