Lexington County Probate Court to host class

The Lexington County Probate Court will be hosting a “Probate 101” class on Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. The class is at the probate court located on E. Main St. in Lexington.
The class will cover several topics such as court forms, testacy vs. intestacy, full estate vs. small estate, creditor claims and estate administration, the press release read.
