Lexington County Council has launched the 2024 citizen engagement survey to gather residents' priorities and perceptions regarding county public services and tax dollar spending.

The survey includes phone and online components, with all responses remaining confidential and anonymous. Results will be combined with other surveys to help the council craft a comprehensive budget that addresses citizens' most urgent needs, according to a press release.

Residents can take the survey at lex-co.sc.gov or through Lexington County’s social media pages. The survey is open until Dec. 20.
