Augusta Highway is getting a new shopping center.

Victory Village will be anchored by a new Target and an Academy Sports + Outdoors and will include additional smaller retail storefronts seeking tenants, according to a listing from NAI Columbia.

Located at 2550 Augusta Hwy., parcels totaling up to 27,192 square feet are available for sale, and multiple retail spaces in the development are available for pre-lease. While some storefronts are under negotiation, space remains for additional businesses.

Chipotle and Dave’s Hot Chicken have confirmed plans to open in Victory Village, adding to dining options in the area.

Construction on the 27-acre shopping center began in October 2025 and may be completed by fall 2026.
