City of Cayce (council district seats one and three were the ballot; District One was held by Tim James and District Three was held by Hunter Sox)

  • Tiffany Aull ran for District One (earned 61.82% of votes cast in the District One race)
  • Ron Wright ran for District One (earned 37.74% of votes cast in the District One race)
  • Alice Rose ran for District Three (earned 54.28% of votes cast in the District Three race)
  • Incumbent Hunter Sox ran for District Three (earned 45.43% of votes cast in the District Three race)

Town of Lexington (three council seats were on the ballot, held by Gavin Smith, Todd Carnes and Mayor Pro Tem Ron Williams)

  • Incumbent Ron Williams ran for town council (earned 23.39% of votes cast in the town council race)
  • Incumbent Gavin Smith ran for town council (earned 23.09% of votes cast in the town council race)
  • Incumbent Todd Carnes ran for town council (earned 22.63% of votes cast in the town council race)
  • Greg Brewer ran for town council (earned 17.26% of votes cast in the town council race)
  • Doug Leonard ran for town council (earned 12.52% of votes cast in the town council race)

City of West Columbia (four council seats were on the ballot, including council district one, held by Mike Green; council district three, held by George M. Crowe; council district five, held by Mayor Pro Tem Mickey Pringle; and council district seven, held by Sarah Mattern)

  • Incumbent Mike Green ran for District One (earned 93.41% of votes cast in the District One race)
  • Incumbent George M. Crowe ran for District Three (earned 94.39% of votes cast in the District Three race)
  • Phyllis Cookie Holmes ran for District Five (earned 62.07% of votes cast in the District Five race)
  • Kiaun Jaquez Moore ran for District Five (earned 31.03% of votes cast in the District Five race)
  • Brad Robinson ran for District Five (earned 6.03% of votes cast in the District Five race)
  • Incumbent Sarah Mattern ran for District Seven (earned 95.80% of votes cast in the District Seven race)

Town of Chapin (the mayor's seat, which was held by Al Koon, who died on Oct. 17, was on the ballot, as well as two council seats, held by Gregg White and Leland Teal)

  • Bill Mitchell Jr. ran for mayor (earned 67.77% of votes cast in the mayoral race)
  • Ron Colley ran for mayor (earned 7.53% of votes cast in the mayoral race)
  • There were 81 write-ins, making up for 24.40% of votes cast in the mayoral race
  • Ainslee Bost ran for town council (earned 36.01% of votes cast in the town council race)
  • Warren C. Burritt Jr. ran for town council (earned 30.93% of votes cast in the town council race)
  • Incumbent Gregg White ran for town council (earned 19.31% of votes cast in the town council race)
  • Jerry Taylor ran for town council (earned 13.42% of votes cast in the town council race)

Town of Pelion (the mayor's seat, held by Frank Shumpert, was on the ballot, as well as two council seats, held by Larry Sossamon and Chuck Ingle)

Town of Springdale (the mayor's seat, held by Juston Ricard, was on the ballot, as well as three council seats, held by Mayor Pro Tem Jacob R. Wilkerson, Tate Wilbourne and J. Kevin Reeley)
