LMC supports Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands
The Lexington Medical Center Foundation, on behalf of Lexington Medical Center, is proud to provide funding to support the Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands (STSM).
STSM provides crisis intervention through hotline response and hospital accompaniment, individual and group counseling, personal and legal advocacy, and prevention education services.
Within the past year STSM opened a permanent location in downtown Lexington to increase service provision, and provide crisis intervention for survivors of sexual assault in Lexington County.
