Local businesses turn out despite covid

More than 70 Midlands businesses attended this year’s Business Lexpo at River Bluff High School. Mad Batter Cupcakery owner Shannon Hinshaw set up her booth with baked goods including creamsicle and blueberry french toast macarons. Lexington Medical Center set up at the entrance to take temperatures and provided masks for all vendors and guests. Attendees received hand sanitizer provided by West Columbia’s Nephron Pharmaceuticals.
