Posted

A new LongHorn Steakhouse is planned for the Platt Springs Crossing development in the Red Bank area.

This restaurant is part of a $65 million mixed-use development that will include townhomes, retail and more. It is expected to be completed in 2026.

Businesses already operating in the development, which is across the road from Publix, include Chipotle, Lowes Foods, Whataburger and Panda Express.

Additionally, about 142 new townhomes are under construction.

There are currently three LongHorn Steakhouse locations in Columbia.
