McGuinn Hybrid Homes has promoted Mike Kelly to chief operating officer.

Kelly has 17 years with the company and has served as president since 2015.

Starting as a project manager, he advanced through the ranks as customer service, production manager and vice president of operations and production.

“Mike has spent the majority of his career in construction with McGuinn Hybrid Homes, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his dedicated leadership,” said CEO Wade McGuinn.
