National League of Cities Executive Director Clarence Anthony joined Lexington Town Council member Kathy Maness at a Town Hall reception last week. Maness has long been active in the NLC and is its incoming President. The NLC is the largest and oldest organization representing America’s cities and towns. Anthony began his career in public service as mayor for 24 years of South Bay, FL.
