Savage Craft Ale Works is becoming a landmark in West Columbia’s River District. At 430 Center Street, the old Brookland City Hall and Fire Station built in 1925, is taking shape.

A sign has been placed on the outside wall and the brewing tanks were added in early October. It will not be long before the ale works is open and welcoming patrons to its rooftop bar and outdoor soundstage.

CAYCE HAS a new sculpture. You can find the beautiful art work near the Riverwalk entry in Cayce’s River Arts District. The sculpture is near State and Lyles streets.

The blue butterfly bench is a creation of Will Bryan Designs. The metal artwork was done by Chris Stuyk and Co.
